 Eternity will gladly pay for FREE UPS Ground shipping for every item purchased over $250. Who doesn't like free, right? Every item up to $1000 shipped out of our location will be fully insured by us. For items of value over 1000 will be at the expense of the buyer. Cost of the additional insurance is dependent on the item value, location and again, at the expense of the buyer. If expedited service or weekend service is required, additional shipping costs may apply. Eternity's free ground shipping is valid for destinations in the continental United States. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require Second Day or Next Day Air service.Please inquire about the pricing of expedited shipping costs.
Delivery time via UPS Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. You may view the map for transit time estimation. Ground delivery times are not guaranteed which means 1 day can be 3 days.
 Every item shipped from our warehouse is fully insured using UPS. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Tracking information can also be obtained by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and submit the tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package by clicking the UPS logo on the right.  Although UPS is our choice for shipping, we may use USPS depending on the item and type of delivery needed. USPS do make Saturday deliveries while UPS does not unless it is expedited Saturday Delivery. So depending on the arrangement, USPS may be used. Buyer irrevocably agrees the following: All goods are sold indefinitely as is. No goods can be returned. Seller has no more responsibility after the goods have left the premises. Absolutely no cash refund. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days with prior approval of the store manager. No exchanges with special orders or altered goods. Altered goods include sized rings, engraved items, plated material, shorted items. Special orders include anything that is not on the premise at the time of purchase and had to be ordered or made. Assured confiscation of deposits on layaways and special orders after 90 days without notice and no time extension. All orders will only start after at least half of the total amount is paid. All retail sales are subject to sales taxes. Wholesale customers, by error or misrepresentation, if found out to be actual retail customers, must immediately upon request pay back all taxes. Signature is required on all pickups, layaways, special orders and on all transactions to ascertain full understanding and consent of this agreement.
